Had an accident on a pedal bike and I he Asfalis screen protector failed. At time of sales we were told the best part about this product, no matter what happens, they fix it. After three weeks of back and fourth with Asfalis claims, they denied claim with response that product was installed incorrectly. If you are reading this review to register , it is too late, you have already been scammed. Trying to register this is unbelievable so I guess it won’t happen. The store installed for me and was told to go home and register asap. During the registration process there was only a option to warranty the front screen. I recently received a email saying this product will only honor the warranty on the front screen. It’s called “PIN” on the document. • I correctly enter the PIN once, twice, three times only to receive “Invalid Code” each time. • Give up and risk it. A little odd compared to other companies 3. The app wants to run a “device check” on my phone. Seems super sketchy. Immediately after registering I received an email from my home protection service letting me know Asfalis had logged into my account and changed my settings. How did I confirm this was true? Well, the app erroneously recorded my phone as an iPhone 15,3 now every app on my phone also lists my device as same. Had I known this when the nice kid at Verizon sold me the $59.99 liquid screen protector I would have told him to keep it. The lifetime warranty isn’t worth having all my vital privacy restrictions violated. Customer support pls contact me to un-register this product and remove all the permissions. The associate never told me I had to register the liquid. He just told me to keep the number. I tried to submit a claim and they won’t do anything about it. I had the charge as proof. They want your receipt for obvious reasons (proof of purchase) as well as a picture of your screen to prove your screen isn’t already damaged. I think the reviews are bad because they damaged their device and tried registering after it was damaged. It makes you hold up your phone to a mirror for evidence so register as soon as you get it. It also asks for a picture of your receipt and information on your receipt so don’t throw it out!! I think that’s another reason why people are pressed, they probably didn’t have one of those things and failed to complete their registration. It’s fairly simple and straight to the point. I think I’ve spent more time typing this review then completing the actual registration, so stop being lazy or pressed and follow the directions:) ### 5/5 — A product for the future *2020-12-14* Wow! I was very impressed at how easy I found this application process. It is quite simple to leave your phone alone for 30 minutes and my phone does not feel any different.
