## What is ASFC Admin?

ASFC Admin is the operations hub for Sports Fishing Adventure charter staff. Built for administrators, operations managers, accountants, and boat crew, it gives your whole team live access to everything they need — wherever they are on the water.

BOOKINGS & SPECIAL TOURS
Create and manage bookings end-to-end: view the booking calendar, confirm reservations, generate UAE VAT-compliant invoices, and track payments. Set up Special Tours with full registration control, capacity tracking, and detailed itineraries — all editable directly from your phone.

FLEET MANAGEMENT
Monitor your entire fleet at a glance. Track boat availability and status, log scheduled and unscheduled maintenance jobs, record fuel consumption, and receive alerts before small issues become costly problems.

CREW & HR
Assign crew to trips, manage staff roles and leave requests, calculate trip settlements and commissions, and keep payroll records up to date — without touching a desktop.

GPS & TRIP TRACKING
Import GPS event logs and review detailed trip records by event number on an interactive map.

CUSTOMERS & TRAVEL AGENTS
Search and manage customer accounts, review booking histories, and coordinate with travel agent partners. Handle agent statements and track commissions from one screen.

REPORTS & REVENUE
Live dashboard cards show today's paid revenue, year-to-date totals, active bookings, and fleet status at a glance. Drill into Revenue, Fleet, and Customer reports for deeper insights. Download and share PDF statements directly on device.

REVIEWS & QUALITY CONTROL
Monitor customer reviews and catch photos. Hide inappropriate images before they appear on the public site, keeping your brand presentation polished at all times.

DESIGNED FOR THE JOB
A dark-themed interface optimised for bright outdoor and on-deck conditions. Role-based views show each staff member exactly what they need — no clutter, no confusion. Works seamlessly alongside the ASFC customer app and web platform.
