Aber hier muss ich einfach eine Ausnahme machen. Die ASFINAG App ist wirklich hervorragend. Die digitale Maut funktioniert schnell, unkompliziert und absolut zuverlässig. Die Bedienung ist intuitiv, alles ist übersichtlich aufgebaut und in wenigen Sekunden erledigt. Kein Anstehen, kein Kleben von Vignetten – Kennzeichen eingeben, bezahlen und losfahren. Keinerlei Funktion! Update: Nun plötzlich nach einigen Tagen und zig Neustarts und Neuinstallationen klappt alles vollumfänglich. Man gibt die Route ein und bekommt die benötigten Produkte angezeigt. Ein Klick, Eingabe des Kennzeichens für alle Produkte und Zahlung per ApplePay funktionierte problemlos. Importieren in die Wallet wurde angeboten und auch die Übernahme in die App war reibungslos. **Developer response:** Sehr geehrter Nutzer, danke für die positive Rückmeldung. ### 1/5 — Verwirrende Bedienung *2025-11-15* Ich komme mit der Bedienung der App nicht klar. Ich will z.B. ein nicht mehr genutztes Kennzeichen löschen, die App bietet an nur an ein Foto hinzuzufügen oder ein anderes Symbol. Keine Zurücktaste vorhanden. Es gibt Menüs links und rechts oben und manchmal auch rechts unten. Schwierige Gültigkeitsabfrage. Digitale Streckenmaut. Wo zu finden? Sind die registrierten Fahrzeuge im Mautshop oder im Konto zu finden? Wenn man Meldungen für eine bestimmte Strecke aktiviert hat, kommen diese im Minutentakt, obwohl die Strecke frei ist. Man muss sich immer wieder neu anmelden. Apple Passwörter funktionieren oft nicht. Es gibt keine Fahrzeugverwaltung. Jede Park-App ist besser als dieses Chaos. Dass das so gewollt ist, ist nicht von der Hand zu weisen. Die Hinweise bezüglich der schlechten Menüführung gibt es schon lange. It is now asking for a Product ID. Where is it? I have email confirmation of my purchase but can see zero products on my account online anywhere. Please try again. ### 1/5 — Too buggy - avoid *2024-07-15, version 2024.6.0* I just tried buying a digital vignette using PayPal, but the purchase got stuck when it was supposed to return from PayPal to the app. I checked with my bank, and ASFIN charged me twice, but I didn't get the digital vignette. ### 4/5 — Super App *2022-09-09* Eine App mit großem Nutzen (!) wegen Mautshop und Webcams. Schade ist, dass man für Zielsuche keine Google-Plus-Codes oder Koordinaten verwenden kann.
