If for ex no issue was found, it doesn't let you to add a comment your way! Like before! Also the notification sound use to be high all the time before! If you experience any other difficulties, please contact us at support@katanasoft.com, so we can help troubleshoot! ### 1/5 — Please Update!! *2020-12-20* It’s a much better improvement from the original app; however, it’s not very functional on iOS devices...The font is white with a white background and no option for a Dark Mode. Luckily I know from memory what item to select as once you search it’s again white font with a white background with a series of black lines going down the screen separating the selections. Again, no option to change font color etc. It’s a real pain to constantly have to login every time I switch apps and it’s running in the background. Then there’s the fact that it doesn’t have a FaceID feature. And lastly it seems to give errors when attempting to create a work order yet I switch over to the original app and I create it without issue. Keep supporting the original app until you update 2.0!! **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback! Support for Dark Mode and improved credential handling are coming in version 2.19.0.
