Notifications on still no alerts ### 1/5 — Please Update!! *2020-12-20* It’s a much better improvement from the original app; however, it’s not very functional on iOS devices...The font is white with a white background and no option for a Dark Mode. Luckily I know from memory what item to select as once you search it’s again white font with a white background with a series of black lines going down the screen separating the selections. Again, no option to change font color etc. It’s a real pain to constantly have to login every time I switch apps and it’s running in the background. Then there’s the fact that it doesn’t have a FaceID feature. And lastly it seems to give errors when attempting to create a work order yet I switch over to the original app and I create it without issue. Keep supporting the original app until you update 2.0!! **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback! Support for Dark Mode and improved credential handling are coming in version 2.19.0. We've been unable to replicate your reported issue with creating work orders. If you experience this again, or any other difficulties, please contact us at support@katanasoft.com, so we can help troubleshoot! ### 2/5 — Less options on job description !! *2024-06-30* Since last update, before you submit completed tasks it forces you to choice limited titles for your comments that mostly doesn't meet the description of what was accomplished! If for ex no issue was found, it doesn't let you to add a comment your way! Like before! Also the notification sound use to be high all the time before! Feels smoother and the UI looks up to date with 2020... However!!! I gave it a 4 Star rating because i REALLY HATE the fact that i have to keep logging back in after i close the app. I'm used to closing apps after using them. It's second nature for me now.
