This is the best studio.
Definitely something for everyone here and the staff and students are super nice and welcoming.
I highly encourage you to check it out.
I used to be an all hot yoga person but have gotten more into the yin and restorative classes over the past year. Especially on weeknights I take class then go home and fall right to sleep. 
I also like that the studio is adding new classes and events on occasion.
I recently attended a cacao ceremony and it was the most amazing class so far! 
I also really miss Stephanie and her Kundalini classes. Maybe she will come back at some point :)
