However it stopped logging my workouts, stopped at 37 workouts even though I continue to go to the gym and start and finish 30 mins or more workout times it’s working but then it won’t log it in as a completed. It’s seriously annoying especially when I’m trying to hit a goal. I’ve reached out to Active and fit directly so hopefully they can figure out why?!! UPDATE: After emailing a few times, the company did reach out to me and did advise they were having technical issues and working on it. The fix was quick and all is well. Past workouts that didn’t register were in there and current ones are now showing. I do suggest If anyone has issues ever going forward I suggest emailing them instead of calling customer service. **Developer response:** Thank you Carla for your review. Every time I try to log in it says “Something went wrong”. Kaiser requires that we have 45 gym visits a year for their active and fit plan. This app has already cheated my daughter and I out of visits. My daughter has reached out regarding her fails to login with other evidence - gym login history, photos, etc. no one responded to her or corrected the issue. One of my visits was corrected but nothing after that. It’s Sunday 7/30 and we have been trying to login at our gym for over an hour. However, this app is not good at pulling data from other resources. It is frustrating that you have to check constantly to see if your steps were counted especially using two different apps. Even the app itself has glitches when navigating in the app. Please do something to fix this issue to ensure your customers and employees are not losing out a financial needs. With that being said, there has been a problem with logging in the the past few days and I was unable to sign on to earn my points for those days. Now, I am unable to achieve my goal of 100 points(going to be close anyways) and I will now loose out on a $200 refund from my insurance company.
