I may just go to Wings. Fix this! ### 5/5 — Great customer service *2022-08-05, version 42.0.9* Had to call in a few times over the years I’ve been with them. Never was let down, great & friendly customer service on the phone every time. Also, Christmas club and personal savings. Customer Service is A+. My adult kids and my sister also call ACU home. Bill pay, First letter of logon screen sometimes uppercase, sometimes not. User logon name is fully displayed. NOW, can’t logout of account!!! I’ve always used an iPad for banking, now impossible to logout, I’ve reported twice, nothing has been done. I’m reluctant to use now. I have deleted and re-added the app, still have problem! I was told by last CU staff member that my account was secure even if I couldn’t logout and it could not be fixed! I find that hard to believe. I suspect it happened because it was moved to the cloud. Also the bill pay is unusably slow.
