The only thing I wish is it offered a push notification when you receive a deposit on your account. I may just go to Wings. Fix this! ### 1/5 — Logon security, bill pay *2022-02-21, version 41.1.7* Can’t display payments already scheduled. Bill pay, First letter of logon screen sometimes uppercase, sometimes not. User logon name is fully displayed. NOW, can’t logout of account!!! I’ve always used an iPad for banking, now impossible to logout, I’ve reported twice, nothing has been done. I’m reluctant to use now. I have deleted and re-added the app, still have problem! I was told by last CU staff member that my account was secure even if I couldn’t logout and it could not be fixed! I find that hard to believe. Also the bill pay is unusably slow. Freezes up to blank page after signing in & that’s if it lets you sign in! I use the same password of course & sometimes it accepts it but most times it doesn’t & when it does accept it the page goes blank!! Junk app!!! What a pain! ### 2/5 — Quick view only *2019-11-21, version 40.2.6* This app is only doing a quick view when I sign in with Face ID I can’t make payments on my account and it’s not really fair I don’t have time to call or run to the bank at this time of the year. ### 2/5 — Fix mobile deposit! *2019-04-14, version 40.1.8* Have not been able to get mobile deposit to work since the update. I have followed instructions given in app for pictures. Check is flat, auto flash it turned off, check is within frame and placed on a dark, non-reflective surface, however I KEEP getting image quality error. I’ve tried numerous times. Never was let down, great & friendly customer service on the phone every time. Also, Christmas club and personal savings. Customer Service is A+. My adult kids and my sister also call ACU home.
