I know for a fact that it’s the correct email and password because I’ve been using it all week and have been getting emails from customer service to the same email. Please respond. You hit the heart and it says “saved,” then you go to wishlist and nothing is there. C’mon, Ashley, do better. This app has several issues. I just downloaded it this morning since I’m in the market for furniture. Here’s some: —On the ‘shopping’ screen, it doesn’t indicate if any item is already in your favorites. (The little heart is not filled in, for example.) —When changing the color of the product if there’s a choice, the picture doesn’t change to reflect the new color. —You get way more pertinent information using the website than you do the app: i.e., more dimensions, etc. Overall, a terrible disappointment. ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever *2026-03-07, version 2.10* This app is so frustrating and the website is no better. It takes 32 years to load anything, then it freezes, and glitches. It’s a total nightmare. It doesn’t save favorites. Nice young man, who walked us thru several options before we decided on the Amiata Leather sofa, chair and ottoman. Terry was very helpful in helping my husband and I pick the best set for what we needed. Thank You Terry for be not only a professional but having great Customer Service. U made our experience a lovely one. That’s why we only shop at Ashley Furniture. Thank you for being the better part of Ashley! ### 5/5 — The best salesman ever *2022-07-22, version 1.52* My name is Elisa Pruiksma and almost a year ago my family and I went to the sawmill road store because we were building a new house and were met by Rick… he was so nice and so incredibly helpful… we bought quite a bit of furniture from him that day…I needed some furniture for my son who was moving into his own place and of course I went to see Rick…my family had some difficult situations with our move in schedule and Rick rearranged our delivery for us… twice and to this day has taken care of many mishaps with our purchases…Rick has always been so kind ,so helpful and so professional…thank you so much Rick… you’re amazing!!! ### 5/5 — Great Sales Rep at Folsom Store *2021-01-30, version 1.26* We came to the Folsom location and wish we had gone here instead of Natomas - all because of the Sales Rep. We already spent over $4000 at the other store but we will change to shopping in Folsom from now on. It’s amazing how one person can make a difference. Trenton Vendetti was dressed professionally, presented the products, was patient and again professional despite walking away and we did not but the barstools that evening. We will definitely be buying all purchases with him moving forward. I prefer it to be candid, it’s beautiful, long lasting and comfortable furniture. The furniture withstands the test of time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to make my home beautiful. Being a disabled veteran with severe back pains, is what drew me to them at first, but well as knowing i can have the stylish and class as well. So thank you Ashley for years of beautiful furniture I’ve accumulated over time. I ordered a metal bed and some how only the headboard was delivered. I was upset but my sales buddy Terry got right back to me apologizing that she misunderstood and only ordered the headboard. The manager came the very next day and assembled the bed. Everyone was relieved. I was happy with how it was all handled. A simple miscommunication. I can’t wait to work with Terry again.
