### 1/5 — Videos don’t work

*2024-10-24*

This title said it all, only good is the content.

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2022-04-15*

### 1/5 — Not working

*2021-04-15*

I download a few days ago. But i can’t play the videos.

### 2/5 — Videos do not work

*2020-07-22*

Tried on my iPad and videos do not work

### 2/5 — Ashtanga Yoga

*2019-01-29*

The volume doesn’t work on my iPad for this App although it does work for my others apps. I was also hoping for more of a full practice App but this is very very minimal almost like an advertisement.

What is in the app does look intriguing if there was only more content.

### 3/5 — Unfortunately doesn’t seem to work any more

*2022-06-14, version 1.3*

Most parts seem to work fine, but videos close as soon as they’re opened.

### 5/5 — Really nice app for intermediate !

*2020-10-25, version 1.3*

I downloaded this app last year, used a bit and forgot about it. Now I decided it is time to get back in track with my exercise routine and this app will be useful to strengthen my core muscles and improve my flexibility.
If you don’t know much about it, Ashtanga Yoga is one of the Yoga styles which requires quite a bit of fitness to keep doing the series. Since I’m an ex-gymnast, needless to say I fell in love with this style. What the lady does in the app is basically showing two series of Ashtanga yoga exercises ( Surya Namaskara A / Surya Namaskara B) from the beginning till the end. It is a great app for those who doesn’t want to pay for a yoga teacher and kinda are self-conscious of their body and have done the yoga poses at least once before, so they don’t harm themselves by pushing the boundaries too far. For this reason I’d say it is for Intermediate practitioners, or for really self- conscious beginners.

### 5/5 — Ashtanga App by D.C.

Just recently downloaded app. It has Ben a great companion for learning primary series, names of asanas in Sanskrit as well as traditional chants. Explanation of transition between asanas / vinyasa also great. Download it now!!
