Repeated error of “cannot proceed with order”, even after having paid. No way to even know if the transaction completed. Also, spring roll sides not available on the app. Website works fine, but the app is awful.

It does not work. I can’t order on it. Just google Asian box and use your mobile browser. Waste of time.

Not usable - I would go through, pick out my order details, but when I goto checkout to pay, the app crashes and cannot complete the order.  This is running on the latest app version, on the latest version of iOS.

1. Crashes every time I tap proceed to checkout. Cannot use to order.  
2. Several dishes you can’t even add to order. Tap all the Signature Boxes and nothing happens. 
3. Just annoying that it always defaults back to a location I never visit.

2 tofu bowls (that’s right TOFU which is $1/block) with tax = $30!!!

It asks for a location when I open the app and defaults to the wrong one, so I fix it. During checkout, it shows the default again, so I fix it. Then after checkout, it shows the default location again. My local store has been kindly making my order anyway when I arrive, but I don’t think the points program is worth burdening them like this.
