Items were Luke warm/cold. Offered 10 % discount on next order but chef said missing item was sent out .. it never arrived. My son had no meal. Thanks ### 1/5 — Unclear how to make changes to a repeat order. *2025-06-27, version 11.8* The new version of the app doesn’t seem to allow me to reorder my usual BUT make slight adjustments from last time (e.g., because 1 person wants something different this week). I’ve no idea if there’s a further page after pressing the big brown “Reorder” button that allows amendments (I don’t want to risk pressing it and ordering wrongly). I looks like I have to either order the exact same things, or start again each time (and risk messing up or forgetting something). EDIT: you can make changes after pressing the big brown re-order button, but it’s not obvious without risking pressing it. This is a real nuisance every time now. ### 1/5 — Schedule time doesn’t work *2025-02-21, version 10.30* There is an issue in that the app defaults to 5:35pm even though I order a different time. Asian Box local told me nothing to do with them. No help at all. It went down the sink. It was like lumps of snot. I called the restaurant and was told that the young lady I spoke to would pass the message on to the cook.
