After the update a few weeks ago, the picture was totally off in Thailand and I couldn’t cook anything and now with the last update, the app doesn’t even open! Please fix the app!!! I don’t want to delete because then I would have to start all over again!! 😫😫😩 This is the second review I write and I am still unhappy! After my first one, there was an update to the app and it still wouldn’t open for me so I wound up deleting the app and reinstalling it ( it would have been the only way I could play). The reinstalled app was working fine until yesterday. All of a sudden, it got messed up all on its own and it doesn’t open for me again!!! I don’t understand. How and why all of a sudden would it stop working??? Please fix!!! It also sometimes freezes after you make a purchase. It will say approved but the gems are not sent and it stays on that screen. I’ve been having this issue for over a month now and I keep having to ask Apple for a refund of the purchases I never received. I also have to repeatedly uninstall and reinstall the game in order to play. ### 3/5 — Can’t proceed to play after certain levels *2022-01-15, version 1.28.0* I have been playing the Asian cooking star game and notice after level 98 my game will not load once I close the application. When I try to play it just continues to want to load. I have to uninstall the game for it to load. Once I access it takes me back to level 95. I had to uninstall it again today so I made sure to take note of the level. I’m not sure if anyone else mentioned this issue but wanted to bring this to your attention. I am using an IPhone 11 version 15.1. ### 3/5 — Bugs bugs bugs *2022-01-14, version 1.28.0* I absolutely love this game but I have to keep deleting it and downloading it. Every time I exit out of the game, I can never get back in. It just keeps loading and loading. I have to delete and download it again just to play. Luckily I have it connected to my Facebook to save my progress. But if this persists, I’ll no longer want to play. It’s getting excessive at this point. ### 2/5 — Fun game but glitches are a problem *2022-01-07, version 1.28.0* A lot of fun to play, cute graphics etc, but *twice* now I have lost my purchases and level progress. One day I went to load the game and nothing happened, so I waited a day and tried again, game still wouldn’t load. So, I deleted and reinstalled; the game is back at the lowest level/first world. I had connected to my apple ID, but when I tried the “restore” function it doesn’t work. The first time this happened, I hadn’t lost many gems and didn’t mind playing through the levels again. However, this game is definitely NOT worth playing through a third time. ### 3/5 — Game freezes and must delete and start over *2022-01-04, version 1.28.0* Fun game, I’d like to keep playing it, but it’s frozen on my iPad Air 4th gen, software 15.1 twice. Restarting the iPad doesn’t help. The game loads the screen to the 100% bar of the level, but it won’t move past that. I also like that I can get more coins by watching ads. I would’ve definitely given this game 5 stars if it wasn’t for one thing: the game keeps getting stuck on a black screen and then disappearing. I’ve tried restarting my iPad but the only thing that fixes the issue is if I delete the app and start all over from level 1. I’ve done this 3 times and it’s a bit frustrating starting over again and again. If I have to delete it again I won’t be re-downloading it. I hope this bug is corrected soon because I don’t appear to be the only one with the issue judging by some of the other reviews and I’d hate to have to give up on it. ### 3/5 — Great but can’t continue due to glitch *2021-12-17, version 1.26.0* Really like this game but when I got to the Thailand world I ran into not being able to seethe whole screen therefor I can play any of my new levels. The problem is once you get to the Cafe level, you get stuck. The game will no longer load, it just stays stuck at 100%. The only way that I have found to fix it is by deleting the app and reinstalling. This is a bummer because I don’t need to start over. I probably have spent between five and $10 and each time I have to reinstall, I lose that money. My iPad is completely updated, so that’s not the issue. All those reviews saying that “is easy game” or that “u don’t have to spend money” are all lying. I swear that this game has some balls to threat us like we’re stupid. Update: took my 99 cents for a spin, did not give me the reward. You need to refund my money. ### 1/5 — SCAM *2021-02-03, version 0.0.14* The app claims that the purchase of any package will remove the forced ads. This is a lie. I purchased one of their in-app bundles and the ads just keep on coming. I’ve had to kill the app multiple times to stop some back-to-back ads from playing. If you’re considering buying a bundle to free yourself of the ads, don’t do it. It’s a bald faced lie and an attempt to rob you while forcing you to watch the ads they are already being paid to push through the app. ### 1/5 — Freezing *2021-01-16, version 0.0.13* I was so far in this game and then the ads would not be available it would freeze my computer. Then sometimes it would just kick you off. You really need to fix the ads, also they would keep telling no ads available when I would click on to get more coins. I can upgrade ingredients without having to spend actual money and it's super fun. BUT since the most recent update, it's been crashing - it'll load to 100% but won't get past the loading screen. I've had to delete and re-install the game (twice) to continue playing but it keeps happening. I want to keep playing but this glitch is getting frustrating. Let me start off with what I liked about it. I love that you don’t need gems to continue on or unlock/upgrade new equipment. You don’t need boosters or gems to beat levels. I like a challenge but not a game that makes it incredibly difficult to beat without spending your money to buy boosters or gems. This game isn’t like that, all you need are coins and keys. Both are easy to come by and both are actually FREE. I love that you can double your coins after every level if you want to and no pop ups every 5 seconds with offers and bundles etc. Now onto the problems. The first problem I came across was a black screen and seeing the reviews I’m not the only one. The app forces close.. 9/10 I can fix it by reseting my phone or waiting about 30 minutes before trying again. Sometimes ads froze my screen but that didn’t happen often. I can’t play this game anymore.. I just reached lvl 311 the first 🦀 restaurant in Thailand. I can’t select any of the ingredients because it’s so zoomed in they aren't visible on the screen. The customers are floating about and it’s just a mess lol I deleted the app and reinstalled it a couple of times but nothing changed. I really love this game but the bugs are literally making it unplayable. I tried several times and I still got. Blank screen. I was able to delete the app. But when I went to the App Store, and pulled up the Asian Cooking app, I could not find the “GET” button. I somehow was able to finally get the app, but it started new. I had to delete the app many times and start over again. I do not understand why I could not get to the “Get” button.
