I’m used to USA airlines and their apps, which are typically pretty terrible. Somehow the Asiana app is slower, less functional, and flat out does not work about 85% of the time. It’s impossible to pull up your flight, it won’t let you check in, and most of the buttons on the app are not functional. I thought airlines from the United States had awful apps, but this takes the cake as the worst I’ve ever used. Tried customer support as well and it was just as useless as the app. You’re better off not downloading it, and just getting your confirmation code from your booking email.
