It is a total disaster. Too bad we are unable to give minus scores because it deserves just that. You need the Webb Telescope to read the subtitles. ### 2/5 — Feedbacks on content and platform improvements *2025-01-31, version 16.1.0* I wanted to share some feedback on ways to improve the platform and retain more subscribers. One major issue is the lack of newer, ongoing dramas. If more fresh content were available, I would have been more likely to stay. It’s frustrating to pay for a service that doesn’t include the latest shows, especially when free sites offer them without a subscription. Additionally, limiting online viewing to just the app is inconvenient. Subscribers should be able to watch directly on the website for more flexibility. Improving streaming quality, speeding up episode releases, and enhancing the user experience with better navigation and recommendations would also make the platform more appealing. Engaging more with users—through polls, title requests, and better subscription perks—could also help retain subscribers. Key features are still missing all across all their platforms, they never put your saved/ collections/ favorites tabs anywhere. And on fire tv there’s Difficult buttons just to save content and it always plays things you didn’t ask them to. I can never feel comfortable upgrading when basic features are not on a streaming service I use ### 1/5 — Used to be okay until this week - Impossible to get help *2023-04-22, version 15.0.0* I subscribed to AsianCrush and watched a few programs on my iPhone & TV too—with no trouble over several months. This week I was sent email to change my password. Live TV kept playing a show and wouldn’t t stop —not even sure how I finally got it to stop. I can’t get into my old account it kept saying password was incorrect then signed me up for 6 mos. Free subscription. I’ve emailed several times (almost impossible to get help or find customer service contact now) no response. I’ve asked that my paid subscription be refunded and any and all subscriptions cancelled ### 1/5 — Where do I begin… *2023-04-22, version 15.0.0* Constantly having to re-log in, majority of content I saved is missing, newest update doesn’t allow me to login with my original credentials and it’s portrait only one direction so I can’t leave my tablet plugged in. Plus constantly playing ads when I subscribed to premium ad-free service. Canceled and deleted. Either it’s a really bad glitch or a scam aimed at taking your money. I am glad that they have good shows available. It would be nice to get what you paid for though. ### 3/5 — Format updates needed *2023-04-16, version 14.850* Super cool but I am having format issues. The main display where the shows should be showcasing is blank and the show options are at the bottom of screen and will only let me see small amounts at a time making it difficult to make selection. Video is good. Selection is pretty cool so far. Format update would make this 5⭐️✨ ### 1/5 — Crappy App / Terrible Service Offering *2023-04-11, version 14.850* The service is just terrible as it gives on average two minutes of actually programming, sandwiched between 2 -two minutes sets of commercials. The Apple TV is simply crap. I am currently stuck in a never ending loop of commercials. This happens with every series eventually. Closing the app completely, followed by I restart the previous watched program, leads to it kicking off a new round of two minutes of commercials, then it plays a few seconds of the program, followed by another never ending loop of commercials. Need to pause the stream for a second or switch to another app. No problem, just pay the penalty of another set of two minutes commercials. It’s disappointing to say the least. I can’t imagine how apple approved the app for use. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — No English CC in movie *2025-12-21, version 16.1.4* I can’t recommend this app for any Apple device: a Korean movie from 2020 has English subtitles in browser streaming sites but NOT in app on an Apple device! ### 1/5 — Is this app real or a 7th grade project? *2025-08-21, version 16.1.2* Does this video streaming app seriously have portrait mode only for the UI? Yes it flips to landscape to watch a video, but enabling landscape for the UI is literally just flipping a toggle on the app’s plist file. Though I assume they probably used some hacky cross-platform framework that’s just a wrapper around their website. Plus, the app is constantly asking for AppleID sign in, even though I don’t use my AppleID, which is a violation of App Store policy (and it’s clearly a problem, numerous reviews mention it). Stop responding with canned apologies to reviews and just hire semi-competent developers. ### 1/5 — Apple ID password? *2025-05-10, version 16.1.1* This app has gone downhill. I can no longer rewatch movies because they’re locked behind a subscription (even tho I can watch MAJORITY of them for free on Tubi) and it keeps asking for my darn Apple ID password even tho I keep entering it.
