Only fix I would love to see is the performance of the pages as it does take awhile for it to load. ### 1/5 — 不良品時の対応に不満 *2026-05-11* 靴を購入しましたが、届いた商品に製造上の不具合がありました。 問い合わせの結果、不良品であることは認められましたが、対応は返品返金のみ。 交換対応や同一商品の確保サポートはなく、必要な場合は購入者側で再購入や再手配を行う必要があります。 また、問い合わせ対応は返信が1日1回程度で、解決までかなり時間がかかりました。 返金対応自体はされますが、不良品発生時の購入者負担が大きく、全体として満足できる購入体験ではありませんでした。 ### 1/5 — 通販したのですが･･･ *2026-05-04* 22日にクレカで入金、指定できる到着日の31日16:00〜18:00に届くように注文したのですが、なぜか発送が31日でした。時間指定は守っていただいたのですが、そもそも31日に届かなきゃ意味がなかった。少なくともこれほどの大企業で、発着をしっかり管理できないことに驚きました。商品も40,000円近くするスニーカーだったのですが、緩衝材なし、防水対策なし、しかも紙袋で到着しました。過剰な梱包は必要ないですが、この価格帯は高価な買い物だと思うので、最低限見直しした方がいいのではないかと思いました。asicsの製品は好きだったのですが、直接の、購入したことによってasicsでの購入体験は最悪な物となりました。 ### 4/5 — Decent *2026-04-29* The app does what you need - search & purchase Asics items, save items to your wishlist, and view your Asics account. It runs slow, spinning forever. I received a package yesterday that arrived opened with damaged products. The only option was a return. The company did not care about the packaging or stuff being damaged at all… Shipping white shoes in a BAG 3x its size leaves a lot of room for destruction. Hire better outbound employees??!? Package shoes appropriately?!? Apologize to a very loyal customer for an inconvenience?!? I like the products but the way you treat your customers has a lot of room for improvement. ### 2/5 — いつになったら戻るボタンの改善がされる？→改善！ *2026-04-11* 2026/4/11更新 下で書いた不満は解消されました。 改善により使いやすくなりました。 ——— 言いたいことは色々あるが、まずアプリを作ってくれたことはありがたい。 ただし改善してほしいことが色々ある。 ・毎回ログアウトされる Web版でもそうだったが、アプリを開いたら毎回ログアウトされ、カートが更新されないので、ログインする必要がある。セキュリティの関係かもしれないが、自動ログインしてほしい。 →解決した ・動作が遅い アプリを開いた時、ページを更新、戻る時など動作が遅い。 →動作は良くなった。 ・ホームから商品検索できない 件名どおり。web版はできる。 →検索できるようになったので、改善された。 ・商品ページから←矢印でしか前ページに戻れない 画面左側フリックで戻るとホーム画面に戻ってしまい、元の商品を探すのに手間がかかる。慣れの問題もあるが。 2026/1/2時点では←でも左フリックでも商品選択ページに戻ってしまうため、かなり使いにくい。一個戻りたいだけなのに、商品を見るたびに選択し直すのは不便極まりない。 2026/3/10 改善されないけど、戻るボタンで一個前のページに戻さないことに並々ならぬこだわりがあるのかね？不便すぎる。 とりあえず今思いつく内容を記載。 更新されれば評価も変える。 アプリがリリースされてしばらく経つが、まだまだ使いにくい。 **Developer response:** レビューをお寄せいただき、誠にありがとうございます。 ご指摘の事象につきまして、ご不便をおかけしており心よりお詫び申し上げます。 現在、改善に向けた対応を進めております。 解消までお時間を要しており大変心苦しい限りですが、より安定した体験をお届けできるよう取り組んでおります。 準備が整い次第、アップデートにて反映予定です。 引き続きご不便をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。 ### 1/5 — Quite possibly the worst app I’ve ever tried. *2026-04-02* See for yourself. ### 1/5 — Shoes *2026-03-09* Could be a lot better if I got my birthday surprise shoes. Free shoes and I will take this star down ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — A *2026-08-01* Download this app to look for some shoes and can’t even make a account or log in to one ### 1/5 — janky app *2026-07-15* loads slowly .nike app is superior in every way ### 1/5 — No Indian region *2026-07-06* They should add all countries region for better access ### 1/5 — 不良品、問い合わせの対応に不満 *2026-07-02* 靴を購入しましたが、届いた商品に製造上の不具合がありました。 問い合わせの結果、不良品であることは認められ、交換対応となりました。しかし、交換品にも同様に仕上がりの問題があり、その後も複数回にわたり対応が必要となりました。 やり取りの中では、通常は行わない出荷前の商品画像確認まで実施されました。一方で、その後システムエラーにより私が希望していない商品が発送されましたが、その商品はそれまで確認していたものより仕上がりが良好でした。この経緯から、「最初からこの品質の商品を案内・提供できなかったのはなぜか」という疑問が残りました。 さらに、対応の経緯や判断理由、商品ページが閲覧できなくなった経緯、レビュー投稿方法などについて確認しましたが、「社内規定に基づく判断」「案内対象ではない」との回答が中心で、私が知りたかった個別案件について十分な説明は受けられませんでした。 最終的には「これまで案内した内容以上の回答はできない」「今後の同趣旨のお問い合わせには追加の回答を差し控える」と案内され、疑問が残ったまま対応が終了しました。 品質上の問題が発生した際の購入者負担や、その後の説明対応を含めると、全体として満足できる購入体験ではありませんでした。 ※これは私自身がアシックスオンラインストアを利用した際の実体験に基づく評価です。 ### 1/5 — Why not in india *2026-06-24* Your company earned thousand of crore from Indian people and your app don’t have India region to login. Dont sell your product here. ### 1/5 — App not fit for purpose / Customer Service needs a serious shake up *2026-06-19* You have been warned! ### 1/5 — アプリは全然ダメ *2026-06-14* 返品手続き画面を確認し、返品する為に2時間ほど外出したが、その間にasicsアプリが5GB以上も消費しており、驚愕した。こんなアプリ、今時ありますか？ バックグラウンドでずっと通信状態だっという事になる。 Wi-Fiだろうがモバイルデータ通信だろうが普通に使う時もページを切り替えるたびに数秒の読み込み白画面が発生するし、こんな仕様なら怖くて外でモバイル通信でなんか使えない。 アプリは削除した。 アプリだけでなく他の方の口コミにもあるようにWebサイトも問題点の多々ある作りになっており、asicsという日本を代表する企業が今の時代にこんな低レベルなアプリをリリースしているとはブランドイメージも損ねるし、ファンも離れかねない上に非常に残念でならない。 ライバル企業のアプリやWebサイトの方が総じて使いやすいが、なぜasicsはこうなのか… ### 1/5 — Log in is broken *2026-06-08* Log in is broken with update 1.23.0.
