Each time I try to upload and image it shows a blank screen, freezes and crashes, causing me to have to login again. ### 1/5 — Clunky and Glitchy *2026-03-04, version 17.1.0* This app is not very good. I have a sign on and the “symbol “ to use at sign on. The app says it’s wrong but the website recognizes it. Beware if you use this but your insurance is though a spouse. The card will work but they want documentation for everything. Including prescriptions which are obviously coded as such. The app frequently freezes. If you are an employer get something better! Your employees will appreciate it!! ### 2/5 — Cannot submit documentation for multiple card transactions *2026-02-26, version 17.1.0* I have two claims I paid with a card transaction. I received notification I needed to submit documentation for the payments for two different providers. I can submit the statement for one but when I go to submit the statement picture for the second claim, the app replies 'thanks for submitting' but the details show for the first claim processed. I tried to leave the app and re-enter but no attempts to clear the app's bug was successful. ### 1/5 — Lowkey insane how bad this app is *2026-01-30, version 17.1.0* So glitchy and looks like it’s from 2008 ### 1/5 — Cannot login *2026-01-23, version 17.1.0* I could not login with my correct username. I am able to login using the same username on computer. ### 1/5 — Buggy and Slow *2025-12-09, version 17.0.0* This app is a complete joke. Half the time you can't login and good luck actually submitting your stuff and knowing if it actually went through. No email communications. They are so old school I still get alerts via snail mail. Horrible! ### 1/5 — Designed to slow you down *2025-07-28, version 16.0.0* Won’t remember usernames or passwords; asks for additional verification (pick an image); then asks you to reset your pw. Again and again. I hate this app. It’s not user friendly, it’s user HOSTILE. No wonder, I’m sure they keep a percentage of YOUR unused funds at the end of your FSA year if they make it difficult enough to file a claim. ### 1/5 — Worst app and company *2025-05-12, version 14.0.0* This is the worst app I have ever used in my life. Also, if your company insists on using ASI flex know that they insist not only every receipt but every itemized receipt. This is different from literally every other company in the world. They want to know what you had done at a doctors when you paid your $35 co-pay. It's incredibly invasive.
