He suggested a loan, which would not work in my situation. He admitted his area of expertise was not in the area I needed. He also referred to a quit claim deed as a "quick claim deed" which is a little concerning. He also didn't really address my quitclaim question with any specifics, leaving me no other option but to go elsewhere to get my questions answered. ### 5/5 — N/A *2013-03-14* Great App! Its Easy to use - so much info available in the CPA archives. Asked a question and got an email back instantly with names of CPAs in my area. I completed submission form, typed my question about S corps and got my answer from Jeff. I submitted another question on business use of my car and got that answered within an hour. Also - I noticed the second time I submitted the question- I didn't have to complete the profile again.
