I am struggling financially and 100% can not pay for premium. So I tried using the free version. I wrote out as clearly as 160 characters allows my question and background to the current health issue. Yet both responses from doctors said they didn't understand the question and to write it clearly. 1. “Should I stop using the antibiotics?” That is what I wrote as the question. It is simple and clear. What do they not understand about that question. 2. Yes I wasn’t able to type out the background perfectly but I made sure the important parts were in there and understandable. “Im being treated for an ear infection with antibiotics, the swab test came back with no bacteria only yeast.” Followed with the question. I don’t understand how the doctors on this app can’t understand that!!!!!!
