## What is Ask Austin?

Ask Austin is a direct line to Austin Gauthier, a professional baseball player. Send your question about hitting, preparation, the college-to-pro journey or life in baseball, and Austin answers you personally.

Every answer comes from Austin himself. Answers are not written by AI.

HOW IT WORKS
• Message: send one written question and get a written answer from Austin within 24 hours after your payment is confirmed. A Message includes one follow-up question, which you can send during the 7 days after Austin's first answer.
• Video: send one question, add a short clip if you like, and get a recorded video answer from Austin within 24 hours after your payment is confirmed. A Video doesn't include a follow-up.
• Your conversations stay in My chats.

Messages and videos are in-app purchases; the price is shown in the app before you pay. Austin limits how many requests he takes each day and may pause new requests at times. When requests are paused, the app tells you.

Live calls are not offered in this version.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Ask Austin is baseball education and personal feedback. It is not medical, physical therapy, mental health, legal, financial or recruiting-agent advice, and it doesn't replace an in-person assessment by a coach, athletic trainer or doctor.
• Feedback is based only on what you share. Results aren't guaranteed.
• You must be 16 or older to create an account. A parent or guardian can use their own account to ask about a younger player's training.
• Sign in with your email and a one-time code. No password to remember.
• You can delete your account in the app at any time.
