Ask a question and get a straight answer, with the exact lesson it came from. Every answer is grounded in the courses, so you can go straight to the video that explains it.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Anything about buying, funding, rehabbing, renting or selling. Repair estimates, seller objections, entity setup, financing, property management. Hovis answers from the training material and shows its source.

Analyze a deal
