Imagine having your own color consultant for fashion. Ask Hue will provide you the confidence to make day-to-day wardrobe choices and purchases, too. With just a few quick taps, you can be assured that your look is ready to walk out the door and take on the world.

COORDINATE CONFIDENTLY
Take or select a photo of two items together or separately. Select the main color and/or smaller accent colors within each image and tap Match Colors. Ask Hue will provide you a Match percentage based on how well the two colors go together. You won’t be left with any doubt as to whether you’ll likely receive compliments or a disapproving side eye.

CONNECT YOUR WARDROBE
This is not your traditional wardrobe app. You are NOT required to download every item in your wardrobe in order for Ask Hue to work for you. Save items as you pull them in to color match. As colors are catalogued with your items, Ask Hue will begin to make helpful recommendations.

Take or select a photo and select a color. Tap ‘Find Coordinating Colors and Fashion’ and Ask Hue will present the most optimal colors to pair with your initial selection. Ask Hue can also review and show those items you have saved that are the best color matches. There’s no unqualified “Style Assistant” or Faceless “Style” Algorithm providing sketchy recommendations here. I struggle with picking colors that will look good together. My wardrobe is very repetitive but this app helps me pull together more stylish color combinations very easily! I usually take a photo of my base color and let the app find colors that work well with it. Then I can easily go to my closet & accessorize with one of the suggestions. It really is a life saver.

Same coulers  for every single thing ‘ mixed up ‘ hard to use honesty not good app  try’s  best but not enough not being mean but 1 star . Whoever made this app should be ashamed but the app is ok but and whoever made this app is not really your fault I understand 😀 everyone makes mistakes but if you are on your phone looking at this review please please do take my advice it is super helpful important and true not good app

I have a whole wardrobe of items added to the app and it used to give me pairing options when I selected one of those items. Now all it does is give me a color palette of matches and asks me to add wardrobe items to provide matches. What went wrong here?

I took two pictures of the same sweater and the app said they don’t match. I wish there were instructions. Maybe I am missing something? I tried to submit a question on their website and it didn’t submit. 

The developer responded to my review, explained a bit about the app. I changed my rating to four stars.

We're sorry you're having trouble using the app. If you were trying to discern how well multiple colors in the sweater go together, you can tap on the +2 button in the bottom left hand corner of the app window, and a second color picker will appear allowing you to choose a second color for matching. This is an amazing app, needs to be updated to match colours more accurately however as sometimes it’s matching them incorrectly with too vibrant colours.

I’m color blind (red-green) so this app is a really useful tool for me to make sure I don’t wear something off kilter and there doesn’t seem to be any other apps quite like it. 

That said it would be next level if it could look at more than two colors at a time. But no in-app purchases and no ads make this a must have app for me.
