I've been in a waiting queue for DAYS! We had to set up internet, had a problem with our dishwasher, shingles missing on our roof, and we were worried about an area in the basement that might have had mold! To be able to stay safe and have access to all of these experts remotely was life saving. Easy, fast and so affordable! I’m a homeowner but no one would confuse me with Bob Vila, more Tim the tool man. I always find myself YouTubing DIY videos when I get in trouble but they are generic and never specific to the problem I am facing. Ask Ken to the rescue! I tried this out recently to help walk me through setting up my new washer / dryer. Super simple, fast, and easy to talk to. And my wife doesn’t need to worry about the basement floor flooding!!
