However, it turns out the subscription to digital access will not start until the print subscription starts in six weeks. Insane that a company in 2023 requires paying customers to wait six weeks to use a digital product. How is Cricket in business with this outdated subscription model? ### 1/5 — Even their App Support goes nowhere *2019-01-26* There are issues with the way subscription are being handled. When trying to make an account to be able to view the content on several devices you get multiple error messages, forcing you to purchase a single use option. And customer service is MOST CERTAINLY not helpful. I tried several times to use my 10 digit account number per the instructions and it never worked.
