Ask My Health lets you query your Apple Health data through Siri, Shortcuts and MCP clients.

Run a local MCP server on your iPhone and ask for workouts, heart rate, training load, recovery signals and planned sessions. The app is built for people who want flexible access to their own HealthKit data without copying it to someone else’s cloud.

Ask My Health is not medical advice and does not diagnose conditions. It helps you view and structure your own HealthKit data after you grant permission.

Subscription information:
Ask My Health Pro is available as monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription. Pro provides unlimited MCP training analyses, Siri summaries and WorkoutKit planning during each active subscription period after the included 100 free analyses. The full renewal price and duration are shown before purchase in the app. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled and can be managed or canceled in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Previous purchases can be restored in the app.
