The older version was way better. This isn’t user-friendly to navigate. Please change it back or improve it so it’s easier to use.

I’ve tried filing complaints about different problems and after putting in all the information required there is no way to submit my requests! What a waste of time.

Very effective for what’s its design for. Never had an issue using it to report pot holes, street lights or homeless issues, code violations etc. Sometimes if your reception is bad it will just spin but once I’m on WiFi it works. There is also a desktop link on the City of Stockton’s website  I’ve used as well. I’ve submitted over 100 requests and all have been completed.
