She answers all types of questions and is very kind. There is so many people that support and help you. Now I know I'm not alone and it's great! I can be myself around others who accept you for who you are and care what you think. Every week there is Our Place Out Loud where you can ask questions and share your thoughts. Or if your feeling a little Role Play we have that too you can Role Play other users and use your own characters. What about venting? Wallowing in self pity? Cheer yourself up by telling others your problems and getting a reasonable solution. Have a major crush? Tell us how he/she treats you! A mean sister or a grumpy cousin? Find out the best way to deal with them! Group chat with other placers and make some new friends. There is so much you can do. Start a club! Begin a class! I can't even name if all haha! Some come join ourplace and make it your place too!!!!! Advice is dry and can come off as rude at times. Wish it was like it was back in the day! UPDATE: I wrote this review several years ago, but i forgot to add how these people are in no way qualified to give advice. My last post in Our Place was 6 years ago regarding being filmed without my permission in order to be mocked. I don’t remember her name, but the red haired woman at the time basically told me to get over it. She also downplayed the severity of the situation considering I was being bullied and didn’t know what to do. That honestly traumatized me, and I wish I would have spoke my mind back then about this. ### 1/5 — It used to be amazing but now it won't work for me. *2015-05-26, version 4.8* I used to use this app every single day, it would make me feel so much better because Id be able to share what was on my mind with others and Id get quick answers back. I didn't go on it for a while and then decided to go back on last month, but I've noticed it will not work anymore. Whenever I click on my notifications it will exit the app. I'll click on a category and then no threads will come up. The only thing shown is something that says "load more threads" I click that and nothing happens. I've tried deleting and re downloading the app and I've tried to download it onto my phone. Nothing is working on the app. Is this happening to any body else? ### 1/5 — RUBBISH APP!! NEVER DOWNLOAD *2015-05-16, version 4.8* This app is a bias and unreliable social network. It crashes on you all the time and if you are considering downloading it because of getting advice then that is no good either. Instead of advice arguments break out and people aren't equal. Some are 'headmasters' or 'advice leaders' and look down on others - not equal... I know from experience that this is a horrible app and others have told me they hate it too. They call it "Our Place" but some people think it's "MY Place" My friend needed advice, and they threw a rule book at him and gave him a bunch of negative responses. He NEVER got his advice, we both left for good. I thought it was good at first, but no one gives good advice (if ANY) and are super rude. They care more about the Ity Bity rules that don't even matter than someone's heart, and from what I heard, their LIFE. If you want advice, ask someone you can trust that won't go on and on about random crap. DON'T get it.
