No connection for weeks during my dissertation deadline and final exams. Unable to submit on time and having to delay my graduation because of it. I had a high first all year until this. In order to contact their trouble shooting team they will force you to download it on your device for god knows why!! There is no proper customer service nor professional staff and technicians for their so called support team. Avoid at all costs. I’m only getting 400kb/s speed right now, not even a full 1mb speed. I have contacted them, they told me I needed to download a diagnostics app on my phone which my phone wouldn’t allow then they just said well we can’t send someone out if you don’t do that. Awful company, awful connection, awful customer service.
