Quick ways of making money. It’s a shame because I really love this app so much. And there’s been no communication additionally all my planned and scheduled calls have been deleted and I have completed a survey in which I did not get paid. Applied and never heard back about that. Tried a different AI interview for $20. It froze 2/3rds of the way through and support said it takes a business day to review. It’s been a business day and it’s still pending review. Seems like a scam! ### 1/5 — Careful of unscrupulous researchers *2025-12-15* I have completed over ten assignments through ASKABLE and have received the agreed payment. The issue is that if you are asked to do an online task, you could unwittingly order an expensive item online. This happened to me recently and the ASKABLE platform makes it very difficult to contact the researcher directly (as is their policy). Although I have raised this complaint with ASKABLE directly. The company makes it very had to trust either the quality of research taking place and/or the policies and liability of the ASKABLE platform. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-10-29, version 1.2.4* It downloads and doesn’t open properly, just a bunch of large words on the screen! ### 1/5 — Seems like a scam *2025-10-03, version 1.2.4* Feels like they’re just collecting your info in all the screener surveys you have to do to apply for paid surveys. I never get picked for anything it seems completely futile. ### 1/5 — 4 months in the app and I was never selected for a paid interview *2025-07-20, version 1.1.5* The idea is great, but they just ask you a lot of questions to qualify for a paid research and never select you. Basically, the research are the pre- questions they do to “select” you - then you are never selected and they get research for free, such a waste of time. ### 1/5 — Never hated an app more *2025-06-03, version 1.1.3* So many hoops to jump through. Can’t attend through web browser so push to app. Then app wouldn’t send verification code so was blocked and have to call support to solve. Can’t join as an observer on mobile. Poor experience ### 1/5 — Poor experience *2025-05-13* Application questions for surveys are often similar - bit of a waste of time to complete again. For example, I’m always asked to add a link to my LinkedIn page, despite it already being in my Askable profile. The keyboard doesn’t automatically move when you type an answer and the continue button is at the bottom, so it’s quite finicky. Today I got a notification that I had been selected for a survey. Opened it an hour later to find out that I’m back on the waitlist again?? Poor experience and wouldn’t recommend, I’m yet to make any money out of all the time spent applying for stuff. ### 1/5 — Terrible! The App is a step back! *2025-02-23* I'm not a fan of the app. I held off using it until the website adopted the same design as the app. I can't access my completed sessions, and I used to be unable to mark my sessions as finished. I'm frustrated that the website's interface has been updated to match the app's. Please ensure the app is stable and restore all features, including access to past sessions and the previous website design. **Developer response:** We're sorry your experience hasn't been great with the new design, but we appreciate your feedback. You can now access past session information by going to "Profile" -> "Rewards" -> "Reward history", and then clicking on the title of the Study. We have also released an update allowing yourself to "Mark as complete" for all studies you participate in again.
