Я в приложении всего 10 дней, но для меня это пока лучшее приложение для отслеживания привычек и аскез. (Перепробовала более 20 разных).
Дизайн красивый, есть трекер, гибкая настройка уведомлений, напоминание о смысле взятого обязательства, можно делиться инсайтами и читать других (это поддерживает). Можно вести публично, можно нет. Есть уже встроеные распространенные варианты. 
Геймификация умеренная, сбалансированная.
Ограничение бесплатной версии на 2 аскезы-гениально. Ограничивает желание сразу взять жесткие рамки и слиться в итоге.  
Можно отдельно вынести виджет, за это прям отдельное спасибо!
