### 1/5 — App will not load

*2026-08-01*

I downloaded this app last night and have not been able to load it beyond the title screen.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2026-07-13*

Won’t even open, stuck on loading page

### 1/5 — Still not working well.

*2026-06-01*

I couldn’t access the self assessment or the forums. I couldn’t login but I was identified as registered. Information seemed vague but maybe because I couldn’t gain access to more detailed levels. I’ve deleted it.

### 5/5 — Génial

*2023-11-18*

Enfin une application dédiée au SOPK en espérant que dans le futur on puisse choisir la langue que l’on veut

### 1/5 — Really light on information

*2023-05-22*

The limited information available is very general and not at all comprehensive, suited for women who are just starting to learn about their PCOS. Navigation is poor so I can only assume I’ve read everything which took me less than half an hour. For a woman diagnosed at 13 nearly 40 years ago and having worked with more progressive professionals than this app is setting you up to expect to encounter, the only thing I learned was from the intro video - apparently I can put my deep voice down to PCOS too. Look elsewhere for better guides and community experience to help you.

### 5/5 — Trustworthy

*2021-12-12*

This is a great app with high quality, accurate information thanks help women

### 5/5 — Really helpful

*2021-12-10*

The information in the app helped me understand what is happening with my body and why.

### 1/5 — Unhelpful and judgie

*2021-03-04*

I found the information very general and no more useful then information online.

I also found it judgemental when speaking about weight loss without giving full consideration to the difficulties women with PCOS can have losing weight.

### 3/5 — Can’t open

*2021-02-23*

App keeps crashing - can’t even open it? Looks like a great resource though if I could get in!

**Developer response:** I am sorry to hear you had issues to access the app. We have created a new version of the app which is much easier to access and the evidence based information is available without having to create an account.

### 1/5 — Unable to access

*2020-10-28*

At one point I was able to access the app and it had a large amount of very helpful and informative information. For the past month, I haven’t been able to access due to a message stating unable to login and invalid email or password. When I delete the app, re-down and re-register I get a “ you have successfully created an account continues to login. I go to login and get caught I. The same loop. Invalid email or password. It’s too bad. The app has great potential but I’m moving on.

**Developer response:** Very sorry to hear you had issues. We have created a new version of the app and the evidence based information is available without having to create an account.
