Have fun with adorable animals and learn how to sign. ASL Animals is a warm and fuzzy application that teaches both hearing and deaf children about animals. The app will introduce your toddler to 36 animals and their cute little babies. For each animal a video is attached, showing how to sign the animal in American Sign Language. Your child can easily navigate between 3 boards. In each one 12 pictures of various animals will be available for selection. All children naturally communicate with gestures, even before they develop the ability to speak. By teaching simple sign language to children from as young as seven months, we can help them to convey their emotions and their needs, as well as giving them a valuable head start in their social and intellectual development. Babies are endlessly fascinated with animals!  It’s no coincidence that so many board books feature friendly, furry critters. At least I tried the free version first so as not to waste my time or money on a useless product. ### 1/5 — Can’t see the signing! *2019-01-30* The image of the animal is covering the signer. The app is unfortunately completely useless at present. ### 1/5 — ASL animal *2016-07-10* The app I purchased from ASL animal. Has a flaw in it. The picture of the rabbit says sheep.
