Just downloaded and started using today!! Feel like I’ve learned so much already. Highly recommend!! :)

### 4/5 — Learn ASL

*2026-04-05, version 1.1*

This app is data hog. U have to connect to wifi all the time. No video is downloaded for offline learning

The bottom menu bar should be there all the time. So learners can flip from learning course to dictionary if needed right away.

### 5/5 — Do this!

Well made. Fun and easy.

### 5/5 — Amazing

### 5/5 — So far…. Not bad, pretty good

*2026-02-17, version 1.0.10*

I have only done one lesson and practiced the alphabet but the app has performed as it should, no crashing, seems very stable. The actual lessons are interesting. I like that you have some control of the video playback speed . It would be really nice if you could change the viewing angle to see the sign from different directions.

### 5/5 — Easiest way to learn jet.

*2026-02-12, version 1.0.10*

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-01-29, version 1.0.10*

This is a great app. I love how it provides the videos for learning the signs and bits of information explained the signs. When I needed help from the developers they responded quickly and went above my expectations. A must have app for learning ASL!

### 5/5 — Fun, interactive lessons

*2026-01-12, version 1.0.10*

I have tried a few ASL apps and enjoy this app the most. Interactive lessons, option to slow down the videos, and clear demonstrations so far. I know finger spelling, but this is great to learn more.

I think it would be a cool feature for the app to mark whether you are signing correctly or not, when turning on your camera (turn green/or red if correct/incorrect).

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-01-12, version 1.0.10*

I am loving this app. I have a few suggestions. First, a place where you can review grammar and stuff like hand shapes, orientation, parameters, etc.. as I tend to forget that stuff easily, and am account page where you can give feedback within the app and other app and account settings. Thank You

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — i don’t wanna buy subscription

*2026-03-24, version 1.1*

it won’t let me go after lesson 3 unless i buy the subscription

### 1/5 — Full of errors

*2025-07-25, version 1.0.6*

This app needs to be reviewed before they start accepting paid subscriptions. They have pictures and videos that don’t match the text, missing images, questions where an “s” at the end gives you a wrong answer. Very disappointed so far. Good thing I got it for free. Don’t pay for this app in its current condition.

### 2/5 — Nope

*2026-01-26, version 1.0.10*

I don’t like it I have reviewed many ASL apps and I’m not paying to learn ASL when theirs videos and other sources that are free to use for my clients

### 2/5 — Can’t go past lesson 3

*2026-01-24, version 1.0.10*

The app won’t let me move on past lesson 3. Says “there are still lessons to be completed before moving on” and makes me buy a subscription before continuing.

### 2/5 — I need help

*2026-01-21, version 1.0.10*

It won’t let me move on to the fourth lesson of chapter one. It says, “There is still lessons to be unlocked first” or something but i don’t know what i’m supposed to do. Pls help!

### 2/5 — love the app

*2025-07-15, version 1.0.5*

hate the tracking!!

### 3/5 — Errors

*2026-02-08, version 1.0.10*

I like the app a lot and the way the lessons are presented. However, I have found on several occasions my answer is marked wrong when the correct answer displayed is the same. There was one instance when the answer choices on 2 questions appeared to be switched. Also there are times that some of the answer choices do not appear on the screen. I like the app but this is frustrating.

### 3/5 — Learn ASL

*2025-07-16, version 1.0.5*

This app is data hog. U have to connect to wifi all the time. No video is downloaded for offline learning

### 4/5 — Pay

*2026-07-03, version 1.1.2*

You have to pay but it is worth it

### 4/5 — Great app, some glitches

*2026-06-16, version 1.1.2*

First of all, I love this app. So engaging and fun and informative. There’s a few glitches in it. Notably, some answers will be off screen so you’ll miss the question but not able to see them. I’ve also noticed sometimes the signs/ videos have been incorrect. (i.e. the question was how many seconds in a minute and the answers were 30 and 40. Also you’ll writing down the right answer and it’ll will say wrong but give you the same answer.) But the tests aren’t graded so who cares. Also I wish they had a monthly subscription. Theres 102 levels. I’ve played for less than a week and am on level 26, so I’ll probably go through them in a month. I can’t decide whether the $50 is worth it. It is fun tho!
