It should be an easier way to just turn everything off! I do not need or want any noise to sleep nor do I want noise when I wake up. I write this long review because I just slept at least close to my goal but these noises set me in a bad enough mood to discontinue. When i click on stats, it closes out. This makes you have to delete the app and redownload it. When this is done you lose all of your information. This happens on a regular.
