## What is ASME IX Welding Pro?

Study ASME Section IX welding qualifications with practice questions, a timed mock paper and tools for working through WPS, PQR and welder qualification rules.

Build your understanding of procedure qualification, performance qualification and the welding data used in both. Practise questions on essential and supplementary essential variables, base metals, filler metals, test positions, qualified ranges, qualification records, brazing and fusing. Choose a section to focus on, or use Daily 10 for a short mixed session.

Start with a placement assessment to identify where to focus. As you answer questions, track your predicted practice score, progress by topic and weakest areas. Each question has four answer choices, progressive hints and an explanation linked to a code clause. Smart Review brings missed questions back for further practice.

Take the 100-question, 120-minute timed practice paper when you want a longer sitting. Review your results and return to the topics that need work. This is an app practice paper: ASME does not administer one universal standalone Section IX exam or publish one universal pass mark.
