I paid for next day delivery which should have been Friday. Paying for this service means next day. I had an appointment on Saturday and they left a card advising they have taken the item back. They could have given it to a neighbour or left it in a secret location. Other services do!!! Well I have an event and no dress. This has ruined everything. So never again will I be using the app or the shop, unless they change their courier service. Next day is next day, don’t advertise it if you can’t deliver.
