Easier just to use a browser to view ASPC. ### 1/5 — App *2023-12-06, version 2.1.0* App is in need of serious update just find it infuriating to use. ### 1/5 — Is this classes as an app? *2023-11-28, version 2.1.0* This seems like an app created 15 years ago. It looks like a very early website and the links to various sections doesn’t load. I just tried to create a profile to view properties and it wouldn’t let me. I thought the website was rubbish but this makes the website look professional. Someone needs to pay for a competent content creator to update both as we didn’t even know these properties were on the market as we used Right Move who’s apps and websites actually work. ### 1/5 — Very Poor *2023-05-10, version 2.1.0* Deleted this app after taking an age to set up my first search. I have no idea why Aberdeen is the only town in the U.K. that has a separate house sale system from Rightmove or Zoopla - these companies spent millions developing their apps and are good at it, let them do it instead of creating a substandard version. No wonder the Aberdeen property market has slumped! ### 1/5 — Needs an update *2021-10-12, version 2.1.0* Used to work okay but lately the app has became unresponsive. Such a shame but at least they still do the thick ASPC paper with all the properties. ### 1/5 — Won’t even load *2021-07-18, version 2.1.0* Downloaded but won’t even load up, only a white screen ### 1/5 — Terrible app and website. *2020-07-01, version 2.1.0* I used to use the app and website with no problems. But now the whole system fails this app is terrible. Not really sure how you find a property with ASPC anymore. I tried finding a property recently in my area but kept ending up with all properties in their system regardless of how small a circle I drew on the map. Are you trying to force buyers and sellers to use other platforms. I know I would not be happy if I was one of your members with this piece of crap! Used to be great in the past but every time it gets updated it get worse and worse. Leave the ####### thing alone. Oops, sorry for swearing. It also saved your previous search preferences which the new version doesn’t so you have to start again each time. In summary, it is slow, dysfunctional, the main house photos look awful and the home button simply does not work. Come on ASPC you can do better than this! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst real estate app ever *2025-03-18, version 3.0.7* The worst possible design, the worst real estate app I have seen in my life and I have moved to 5 different countries so far. Map search navigation is a nightmare. It is an unfortunate the RE monopoly in Aberdeen can’t pay for a better design. ### 1/5 — Clunky and dated app *2024-10-06, version 2.1.0* It’s a bit like browsing the web with a dialup connection from the 90’s, while trying to download and view HD content. Rather frustrating to use. ### 1/5 — Please just ditch this and switch to rightmove *2024-08-22, version 2.1.0* This app is terrible, makes searching for property on a mobile device in the Aberdeenshire area an absolute chore, I hate that ASPC have monopolised the market, yet clearly can’t be bothered to update this app to come anywhere close to the functionality of the likes of rightmove. Buggy and poorly laid out it allows you to browse property but then starts moving menus to the middle of the screen and when it does work, allows you to open pages for the property but no way to get back. Limited search capabilities regarding property details so you can’t exclude areas. ### 1/5 — Garbage app *2024-04-11, version 2.1.0* Basically unusable app. If this was a website in 1998 it would be considered woeful. Can’t click on things, zooms don’t work, maps are un-usable. Can’t log into account (can’t select text boxes). It’s actually quite amazing how bad it is. No way to choose area by map, no way to see properties location on map without going into each individual property. For some reason, it’s been mucked about with and now I have to login every time I use the app, there’s no back button, and there is no fine selection for property types. It’s such a shame!!! ### 2/5 — Disappointing *2019-07-07, version 2.0.1* App seems slower than before. Lost all saved homes from previous version on upgrade. Now can’t share houses using the URL, have to be emailed using in-built app form. Nice idea to include the extra filters but disappointing ### 2/5 — It doesn’t Save the Search Info! *2019-07-06, version 2.0.1* Every time I open the app I have to input my search criteria again! This means scrolling through the areas I want to search, number of bedrooms, max price etc and it’s really irritating! I used to be able to open it and click search! Then I’d see any new properties added to my current search criteria. ### 2/5 — Frustrating *2018-12-29, version 1.28* The search doesn’t work on this latest version.
