When I go to refill the password it doesn’t except my original password. I am then having to reset my password. In order to do that you need a confirmation code sent to your email which never shows up I’m your email forcing me to have to call Aspire every time. Unacceptable ### 5/5 — Accommodating *2020-04-16* I am an older person who sometimes has trouble with modern technology, the Wonderful staff at the bank have the patience to assist me and explain thing so that I can understand them. Everyone one is very Respectful. Thank you all for your help and Kindness. ### 2/5 — Won’t save fingerprint *2019-10-09* App works as intended. It used to save my fingerprint and I have save turned on. Will no longer allow finger print password. Forced to type it in.
