The next button does not respond regardless of a yes or no answer. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-07-07* This app barely functions and my provider is not listed. What’s the point? I enrolled in the spot at my provider’s office yet she cannot be found in the app directory. It takes FOREVER to login - over 3 min using Apple ID which is basically non-functional for 2025. Apparently there’s a game happening now but of course my app gets stuck loading. However, the provider office can access your account and see if you have any points. This is so frustrating. I've called tech support, and they say there is nothing they can do about it (so whats the point of tech support if they cannot resolve a technical issue). There is no point in having the app if it is not functioning like it is supposed to. They leave off critical information on rules & restrictions to use their rewards, often after the fact of getting a treatment, leaving you to pay out of pocket, with your rewards then expiring. Customer service is patronizing and unhelpful. I’m frequently prompted to do surveys but IT NEVER LETS ME SUBMIT THEM. I get a generic error. When I click on “app support” here in the App Store it just brings me to the login screen on the app. The app is up to date and doesn’t need an update.
