The customer service has been disabled, therefore this app is faulty and does not work! ### 1/5 — Does not work *2023-06-20, version 1.0.1* The last few times I went to an Aspire Lounge they said the points were not being transferred to the app. I tried to log a support request through the app and it was not possible to submit one. Lots of rewards to choose from and I get offers from the lounge from time to time. Staff scan the app on check in , the process is quick and easy and I can leave feedback for one of the team to get in touch.
