I can’t schedule a payment for the 15th only 07/03 so either pay it day of or not at all I have found my self late because of this complete joke of a app **Developer response:** Thank you for letting us know about your experience. Users should have the ability to postdate payments through both the mobile app and the desktop version of the site. You may try downloading and re-installing the app, or access the app on a different type of device. I put in to update and the moment I leave app to retrieve the code from my email, it defaults back to the main screen, making it impossible to actually update password. It doesn’t provide any useful information other than the payment amount and due date. It would be useful to be able access more account information and documents. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work as intended *2021-08-31* This is a totally worthless app. It doesn’t let me schedule a future payment or pay more than the amount listed. Error messages keep appearing. I think they want students to default on their loans so they can charge extra fees. It never works. I cannot view my dashboard or make payments which makes me question how the records are being kept. It’s insane how long it’s been like this and hasn’t been fixed. Horrible customer service and even worse app! They should be ashamed of the quality of service being provided. ### 1/5 — Super buggy, not usable *2026-02-19, version 4.11.0* Worst financial app out there! I try to pay my bill and it keeps saying app not responding…something went wrong…When it used to work, it only lets you pay for that day or the next. You can’t schedule payments. I don’t understand how this is legal. I use this for my student loans, and good god it sucks. The faceID integration doesn’t work, oh well. Then any time I try to use the app using my credentials, app isn’t responding and “try again later”. It has said that since 1/31, luckily the website sucks only a tiny bit less but if you can’t do the website, I feel bad for you. ### 1/5 — Barely works *2026-02-06, version 4.11.0* Every time I try to go on this app it never works and it says to reload but continues to do that every time. Straight greediest rats/sharks out there ### 1/5 — Worst ever… *2024-08-09, version 4.9.2* This program is designed for people trying to make payments when you have life changes. You have to have 5 kids to get all the benefits or a free ride. There is no consideration for single person households who still have all of their bills to pay they just want their money. They could care less about the efforts that you are making. I have tried to log-in multiple times and every time it refreshes the page. I enter username and password, click ‘log-in’ button and it refreshes back to an empty log-in fields page. Now I can no longer login using my password either. What’s going on with this app!?! ### 3/5 — Haven’t been able to use it *2025-11-11, version 4.10.0* Worked immediately after I installed the app to see my loan info, but it won’t let me log in anymore. A note pops up saying it’s on their end and I should try later. But scheduling payments, etc, can be difficult with error messages being delivered on every attempt. Some screens will eventually show a successful operation despite the errors.
