## What is AspireFitness渴望健身?

我們致力於一對一健身課程，以及專業的評估規劃運動處方，增加效益及風險評估。
教練素質課程品質經驗都是本公司所創立的宗旨。
本場館選用器材皆為全球最大健身設備品牌：Life Fitness以及Hammer。

Aspire設計理念要追溯到1847年法國巴黎最早期的公共體育館，將法式元素融入室內裝潢中，跳脫以往昏暗的工業風，結合時尚元素的健身空間，Aspire想打造一個運動結合社交的友善空間。
