Don’t be greedy. It feels like a bait-and-switch and comes across as nickel-and-diming loyal users. The content itself is still solid and was once considered the gold standard for perioperative coagulation guidance, but the new pricing structure is unreasonable. Even those of us who already paid are not grandfathered in. It lets you know when to stop and when to restart meds with a few taps.
