Why change something that was working good.  I understand you want more and better security on your app.  Every app I have is doing the same thing.  
The difference theirs work and your IT people have an epic Failure! 
I use my phone to take care of business. Well currently I cannot use an app.

asrt just changed their password policy on their website and then i could not get back into app any longer . please fix
