I accidentally ordered the wrong size shorts. The return was originally approved, but I mistakenly forgot to include that pair when I mailed back my other returns. I later found them, still brand new, in the original bag with tags. I explained the situation and asked for a one-time exchange (not a refund) for the correct size. They politely declined and stuck to the policy. They’re absolutely entitled to do that. I just expected a little more discretion for a long-time customer. Great products, disappointing customer service. ### 1/5 — Can’t remove items from the cart *2025-10-27, version 9.1* In the latest update, once you add an item into the cart, you can’t remove it. If you try, you keep getting an error saying “Error updating item. Please try again”. ### 3/5 — Zooming in *2025-08-04, version 8.8* Why can’t you do something as simple as zooming in??? No complaints about the clothes - they all get 5 starts. The app needs a little work though - product pages are missing the fabric details which are present on the main website. There should also be a way to filter items which are out of stock in a particular size.
