If you try, you keep getting an error saying “Error updating item. This after being charged a fee to be able to return a product. Bought the first pair, ripped right in the back where the zipper pocket was after four wears. Replaced it with a new pair and it ripped after the first wear. Kinda ridiculous that I can’t return it since it wasn’t my fault. The stitching in that area is weak. However I do love the rest of their clothing ### 1/5 — Oversized, overpriced, and horrible customer service. *2023-07-26, version 4.6* Every time I ordered clothes from here, I get a medium and follow the size chart on their page. Their size chart and the actual size of there clothes do not even compare. A medium fits like a large with their shirts and sometimes their smalls fit as a large as well. Their measurements are all over the place and out of the two times I’ve ordered from this store, none of it fits true to the size of that is on the tag. Not only this, but their customer service only works through email. I used a gift card from my birthday for $100 and was excited to order stuff from here. Got them, they were WAY too big for a medium, signed up for an exchange, and was told my stuff would be packaged and was on its way. I then got an email the next day stating they were out of what I ordered, and instead of having me pick something else or wait for a restock, they refunded to the gift card which had already been shredded being as I was told my order was in its way. I lost $100 because of their screw up. This company and their clothes are an absolute joke and anyone who’s bought from LuluLemon, Gymshark, Gymreapers, Fabletics, Nobull, and all other brands will tell you the same. Save your money and buy clothes that actually fit as they should are have the quality to back up the price point. ### 2/5 — Weak Service & Nice Gear *2026-07-09, version 9.1* Love the products—that’s why I’ve spent several thousand dollars with ASRV over the years. I accidentally ordered the wrong size shorts. The return was originally approved, but I mistakenly forgot to include that pair when I mailed back my other returns. I later found them, still brand new, in the original bag with tags. I explained the situation and asked for a one-time exchange (not a refund) for the correct size. They politely declined and stuck to the policy. They’re absolutely entitled to do that. I just expected a little more discretion for a long-time customer. Great products, disappointing customer service. ### 2/5 — Nice app & good products, but would love Shop login support. *2025-06-05, version 8.6* Love the products and the app is clean. No complaints about the clothes - they all get 5 starts. The app needs a little work though - product pages are missing the fabric details which are present on the main website. There should also be a way to filter items which are out of stock in a particular size. Other than that, the app works great, and I have been able to use it to place multiple orders. ### 3/5 — Not the best *2025-04-10, version 8.4* It’s been 2 years using this app and the exclusive perks like drops are great but there has to be a way to fix your filters. Horrible. I click no show out of stock and it still shows me out of stock items. I click specific sizes to find out they are showing me other sizes available.. Shouldn’t be that difficult to fix this issue.. ### 3/5 — Needs Improvements *2024-03-19, version 5.8* Overall, the app is solid, but improvements need to be made in order for it to be great. 1. Even though I’m already using the app, there is a button telling me to “View in App” when I pull more information about my order. 2. The app doesn’t provide details such as the “Fabric & Technology”, “Designed For”, and “Features” which are available on the website. 3. Lastly, the app UI isn’t formatted for the Dynamic Island and the top looks cutoff and messy. For the prices of their clothing, the app shouldn’t have this problem.
