It just opens a blank white screen and nothing else will load, can’t sign in, nothing. I keep waiting for an update but it doesn’t seem like anything is coming. Problems range from annoying (prompting for security questions every every time you login) to completely disfuncional (app freezes with a white screen and you can’t recover unless you reinstall). I need to delete and reinstall this app every month or two, and lately it seems worse. Session management needs a whole new approach. I will sign in, the APP seems to be processing my web ID and PW after asking me the security question then it crashes sometimes or it will display my accounts and then crash and take me back to the log in page. Hard reset on the phone, opened APP, “You’ve been successfully logged off” banner flashed along with a notice of system unavailability from NOVEMBER 2024… it’s January 23rd 2025!!! then the APP white screened on me. Great features and functionality! ### 3/5 — Glitchy *2025-04-22, version 1.2.0* Login rarely works smoothly more than 3 days in a row. Either lags and times out, or won’t initiate login at all. Seems to be in maintenance often, or the maintenance notice shows when maintenance is already completed. Every month or so have to reinstall. Also, security question asked every.single.login. I expect more stability from an investment app in 2025. ### 3/5 — It's fine but.. *2021-09-13, version 1.0.1* The "register this device" check box when logging in DOES NOT work ever.
