Grades like "D+" or "B-" are read from the blue card and applied to the assessment instead of dropping the + or -. • New fields you can record: Fireplace Type (shown when "Has Fireplace" is on), CDU rating, and Effective Date. • Effective Date fills in automatically with today's date and can be changed. • Improved blue card extraction for the heating system type. • Stability and reliability fixes. ### 1.1.1 — 2026-05-25 This update is all about faster, more reliable field work: • Grade factor now supports + and − — pick A+, A, A−, B+, and so on, right from the grade picker. • Save blue cards without extracting — snap your record cards in the field and tap "Extract All" back at the office to read them in one pass, instead of waiting on each one. • Edits now save reliably — changes to a previously saved assessment are kept correctly when you reopen it. • Lot Lookup no longer requires a county — just enter the parcel ID. Parcels are unique within a county, so there's nothing extra to fill in. • Landscape camera — the camera now rotates properly when you turn your phone sideways. • Stay signed in longer — fewer unexpected "please log in again" interruptions during a session. • "Not extracted yet" badge — record cards still waiting on OCR are clearly marked, and a heads-up now appears if any image couldn't be processed. ### 1.1.0 — 2026-05-05 Photo annotations — Mark up captured photos with freehand, lines, circles, arrows, and text labels (red / white / black) before submitting. Original unmarked copy is preserved server-side for audit. Parcel screen tab split — PropertyEntryView is now two tabs: "Data Entry" (form fields) and "Uploads" (photos / record card / sketch / permit). Submit button is sticky at the bottom of either tab so assessors don't have to scroll back to the top. Blue card overwrite confirmation — When blue-card OCR returns values that conflict with what the assessor already entered, a per-field dialog asks which to keep (Keep All Mine / Use All Extracted / Apply Selected). Empty fields still auto-fill silently. Edit-submit dismissal fix — Editing an existing assessment + adding a new photo + Submit now correctly returns to the previous view instead of stranding the user on the edit screen.
