Just started using this and unless you can carry around a computer in your vehicle you can’t do anything. Can not complete work orders or stop timers. Can not fill out anything on the workorder such as action taken or enter parts used. Feel like it was a large waste of money.

When I try to enter something into “Custom Fields” the keyboard won’t come up. A screen briefly pops up that gives me the option to save my login information, but it goes away in a fraction of a second. That is too short to let me actually hit the save button. Why don’t you people care about improving your app? The iOS app should give you the option to stay logged in if it’s your personal device so you don’t have to constantly re-login all the time, but then again you don’t read these reviews or apparently want to improve your product or rating.

Photo upload fails under iOS Limited Photos permission. App only functions when “All Photos” access is granted, which contradicts Apple’s privacy model. Vendor has been notified for months.

Having issues with being able to access locations and when doing a work order setting up the WO status is blank and don’t have any drop downs. This is all on the mobile app.

We switched over to this about three or four years ago and it’s way too convoluted. The term user friendly is nowhere to be found in this program! If I could give it no stars I would! i’ve tried every suggestion to restart this app and it just flashes on the screen and then closes for no apparent reason. I shouldn’t have to spend valuable work time trying to get to my work orders, It should be there on command with simplicity.

When I have a work order open and entering data it will shut down and will loose all data entered also it takes up to 2 minutes to load a work order already assigned to me
